Focused on leading content and creative production at DataBank, translating complex document conversion and managed services offerings into clear, compelling stories for enterprise buyers. I owned creative direction across go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement, and brand initiatives—ensuring every asset balanced clarity, flexibility, and visual consistency. Working closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership, I helped shape how DataBank’s services are positioned, understood, and experienced across the buyer journey, with a strong emphasis on modular systems, video-led storytelling, and scalable content frameworks.
