My role

At Mailchimp, I produced video content across both brand marketing and customer education initiatives, helping solve two key challenges: creating compelling campaign content that could scale across channels, and making product knowledge more accessible through engaging formats beyond traditional help documentation.

My work ranged from campaign motion graphics collateral supporting award-winning brand efforts, including Mailchimp's recognition as Ad Age's In-House Agency of the Year, to full production for educational and documentary brand content designed to help small business owners and marketers better understand the platform. Working cross-functionally with marketers, creatives, learning experience designers, researchers, and product teams, I helped build and scale Mailchimp's educational video ecosystem through tutorials, webinars, short-form content, customer testimonials and video-first learning experiences. I also established Mailchimp's YouTube Shorts strategy, expanding educational content into more accessible, highly engaging formats.

These efforts contributed to customer education initiatives that helped reduce support ticket volume by more than 25% while supporting the evolution of Mailchimp's award-winning Help Center experience.
