Quick TIp shorts
Led the development and launch of Mailchimp's YouTube Shorts program after identifying a growing audience preference for video-based learning within the Help Center experience. Owned the end-to-end production process, including content strategy, topic selection, script development, production planning, host coordination, recording, and publishing workflows. Created short-form educational content designed to help users quickly solve common platform challenges while improving content accessibility and engagement. By publishing videos on YouTube and embedding them throughout the Help Center, the program expanded educational content reach, supported a growing self-service audience, and created an additional channel for user discovery and engagement.
Long Form Content
As part of Mailchimp's Global Content team, I co-led the company's long-form educational video program alongside two other Global Content Producers. I owned the end-to-end production process for product tutorials and feature walkthroughs, including content planning, script development, talent coordination, production management, filming, editing, stakeholder reviews, and final delivery. Working closely with subject matter experts and on-camera hosts, I helped transform complex product features into engaging educational content designed to support customer success, product adoption, and self-service learning.
