Databank
My role
As DataBank expanded its positioning beyond document conversion and managed services, there was a need to translate increasingly complex offerings into clear, compelling stories that resonated with enterprise buyers across multiple industries. Working across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams, I led content and creative production efforts that helped simplify technical concepts, strengthen brand consistency, and create a more cohesive buyer experience.
My work spanned go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement, thought leadership, video production, and brand initiatives, with a focus on creating scalable content systems that could adapt across audiences, channels, and vertical markets. Through strategic storytelling, modular asset development, and cross-functional collaboration, I helped bridge the gap between technical expertise and buyer understanding while supporting DataBank's evolving brand narrative.
Developed modular sales and marketing assets that improved alignment between marketing and sales while supporting more effective buyer conversations.
Translated complex service offerings into audience-focused narratives across campaigns, presentations, videos, and sales enablement materials.
Built repeatable content frameworks that scaled across industries, extending campaign value and reducing production inefficiencies.
Supported DataBank's evolving brand positioning through creative direction, visual storytelling, and video-first content strategies.
