My role
As Mailchimp expanded its content ecosystem, there was an opportunity to create a more cohesive and scalable visual experience across campaigns, educational resources, and product touchpoints. Working across brand marketing, product education, and customer learning initiatives, I produced and designed creative assets that helped customers discover relevant resources, better understand platform capabilities, and engage more deeply with the Mailchimp brand.
Partnering closely with marketers, learning experience designers, researchers, and creative teams, I translated audience insights into visual experiences that balanced brand expression with usability and clarity. From campaign launches to educational content systems, my work helped create consistency across channels while supporting a more connected customer journey.
