My role
Focused on creative production at Mailchimp specific to campaign visuals and educational product content that equipped small business owners and marketers. Established the creative direction for Mailchimp’s educational content system and extended it across campaigns and learning materials, using audience behavior and discovery insights to guide design decisions. Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure visuals supported learning objectives outlined by learning experience designers to improve clarity, and help users navigate toward the right tools and features. Through user research and content audits, myself and my team identified the need for a more centralized, intuitive hub for educational resources—contributing to the redesign of how content was organized, accessed, and experienced through journey mapping and content strategy alignment, leading to an award winning help center.
Produced and designed brand, educational, and product assets for multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual clarity.
Developed Mailchimp’s YouTube creative framework and cross-channel design strategy to unify campaigns and educational content.
Partnered with design and motion teams to evolve the brand design system and illustration library, ensuring scalable, cohesive visuals across campaigns and platforms.
